Habitat and seasonal rhythm
Botanical descriptionThe Carpathian stonecrop described as Sedum fabaria is a perennial with above-ground parts that die back in winter and thickened roots. It occupies moist, shady ravines and stream banks, as well as rocks and mountain grasslands. It should not be given the dry overwintering regime of a Mexican cactus.
