Methanolic extracts of roots and above-ground parts of greenhouse-grown Coryphantha macromeris were analysed by UHPLC with UV detection and high-resolution mass spectrometry. A total of 69 signals were separated, 60 of which were provisionally assigned to compounds using spectrometric data and literature. Profiles of the two plant parts partly overlapped, and many assignments concerned phenolic acids and their derivatives.
