The study develops multiplication methods for Mammillaria hernandezii, M. dixanthocentron and M. lanata material from different stem sections and compares four cytokinins. It includes rooting, acclimatisation, flowering and three multiplication cycles with assessment of selected SSR markers. High similarity of shoots to the starting material was obtained, with differences detected in some markers.
