A study of the distribution of the current Pelecyphora chihuahuensis, described in the paper as Coryphantha chihuahuensis. Of 56 sites checked in summer 2013, 20 presence points were obtained. It compares three MaxEnt models that add elevation, soils, land use and vegetation to bioclimatic data. It presents validation results, potential habitat maps, sample limitations and the need to account for slope aspect and inclination.
