An experiment on the multiplication of Kroenleinia grusonii shoots from seedling apices, rooting of regenerated shoots and their acclimatisation in substrates. The authors compare media with a cytokinin and an auxin, and peat with a mixture of peat and regosol. The results include shoot number, root formation and survival after transfer from in vitro culture.
