An experiment on seed storage for 20 months in paper and glass, under refrigeration and at room temperature. The proportion of germinating seeds, germination rate and water content were assessed. Tacinga inamoena showed a low germination percentage and cases of polyembryony from the start. Refrigeration better preserved the germinable fraction studied.
