Sequencing of the chloroplast genome of a Lophophora diffusa specimen using PacBio HiFi. The paper presents sequence length, strong reduction of inverted repeats, gene annotation, comparison with an earlier plastome and a tree based on shared chloroplast genes. The analysis includes available L. fricii and L. williamsii sequences, without L. alberto-vojtechii.
